Sabare Apparels has been one of the up coming knitwear garment exporter from tirupur, the knit city of india. we are in this knitwear field for the past 18 years.

we have our own 100 % export oriented unit having excellent set up in garment manufacturing and quality assurance department. we have committed team of staffs with vast knowledge & experience to take care of the overseas orders for quality and timely delivery. we have our well laid out system in office and in our factory for production and other follow up in every stage.

What we do?

We have an excellent net work for sourcing from raw material that is yarn to final finishing of goods.

We have full range of knitting machines arrangements, any knid of fabric like jersey, rib, interlock, auto striper, fleece and all other different designs can be knitted.

Azo free dyeing in soft flow, hthp and open winches can be done, we have tie up with leading and sofisticated dye houses.

Any kind of printing can be done like pigment, plastisol, foam, discharge and reactive etc in chest printing machines and rotary printing. in finishing – washed effect, brushing and shrinkage control can be done in latest machines.

We have fully equiped two different factories with latest machineries of overlock, flatlock, trimmer, lock stich singer, steam ironing and finishing for both inner wears and outer wears.

Once we receive the orders the out put of factories will be gauged according to the style , schedules and study for the operations involved. planning will be done from raw material purchase to final shipment.

We have 100 % export oriented unit with the in house capacity of 5000 piecs per day of outer wears and 10000 piecs per day of inner wears. apart from this we have regular contract factories to manage excess quantity of orders.

Mens, ladies, teens and infants for t – shirts , pyjamas , night wears , rompers , sweat shirts , blouses , lingerie , under garments like panties, briefs, boxer shorts and etc . fabrics - 100 % cotton, polyester cotton, viscose and etc.
